I believe that everyone deserves to have a good life, or the opportunity to make it better. I’ve always had an interest in psychology and human behaviour, and a genuine curiosity about people.

At the age of 16 I learned that the best way to follow our life path is to follow our heart and not other’s ideas. Life is not about how things ‘should’ be or how to be perfect, because everything is changing on this planet and we need to be able to adapt and accept the cycle of changes.

Things and results don’t always come in order or as quickly as we want.

My life took me to Italy and the UK at the early age and I spent more time living, studying, working abroad than living in my country of origin, Hungary. I was always curious about other places in the world, other people and the society they live in, so I’ve travelled as soon as I had the chance.

Throughout my Personal and Executive Assistant career, I’ve completed my BSc (Hons) Psychology degree and Life Coach Diploma in London and my Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist diploma at the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy. CBH is the combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness which creates a truly integrated mind-body psychotherapy approach. It is evidence-based and accredited by the British Psychological Society. I attended further CBT online courses at the US based Beck Institute, home of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy. I am currently studying Psychology and Neuroscience in Mental Health at King’s College London and at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IOPPN). King’s College London is Europe’s largest research centre and ranked as 2nd best university in the world in this field. As a member of the British Psychological Society, I attend additional webinars to further enhance my knowledge.

My advanced knowledge of psychology combined with my passion about human thinking and behaviour, and how cultures and society can affect us, lead me to support and help individuals with their mental well-being and life decisions.

Fluent in three languages, having resided in 3 countries, and travelled to 4 continents, I consider myself to be highly inclusive with a very culturally diverse mentality.

As a professional who has changed careers three times in 20 years, I can relate to many of the challenges and struggles that people face in their everyday life or when they are in front of big life decisions.

Due to COVID-19 I currently offer online services only. I use the latest technology to have an easy, safe and effective way to communicate with each other.

You can find further information, and I invite you to read about my way of working, preparing for online therapy, its effectiveness, and the treatments on my website. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information and prices.

My philosophy is simple. I like to keep it honest, direct, genuine and I believe that this philosophy is essential to give people a real picture of themselves.
